It is important for the patient's family to be familiar with their insurance coverage. There are some large companies who do not offer ABA Therapy as a covered service because they are self-insured. Self-insured companies fund all medical claims and use an insurance carrier to administer the plan. These companies are not required by law at this time to cover ABA therapy and therefore do not. New Way Day Services, Inc. will assist the parents in determining if their insurance covers the therapy and will offer reasonable alternatives so that all children receive the therapy they need should ABA therapy not be a covered service. Contact our Administrative Office directly at 305-597-3861 and we will be happy to assist you.
We will continue to update our website with the latest information on how ABA service providers in Florida are progressing with credentialing.
