Internship Information

New Way Day Services, Inc. offers an extensive internship program for those in an accredited Behavior Analysis program and are pursuing their certification by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) as a behavior analyst.

The program offers interns a comprehensive, internship which includes working one-to-one with an individual who has special needs to enhance their practicum experience. It also includes approved BACB supervision as specified for Behavior Analysis Field Experience as well as regulatory supervision for BCaBA's. Fees for supervision are at the discretion of New Way Day Services, Inc. and the intern. Employment Information

New Way Day Services is currently seeking qualified personnel to provide Behavior Analysis, Behavior Assistant, Residential Habilitation, and Specialized Mental Health services in Miami-Dade and Broward County.

Behavior Analysis Services requires personnel who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) , Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts (BCABA). Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) , Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Family and Marriage Therapists (LFMT) with experience in working with the Developmentally Disabled population. Behavior Assistant Services requires personnel with a high school diploma. Twenty hour certification in Behavior Analysis will be provided by New Way Day Services.

Residential Habilitation Services requires personnel with a high school diploma. Certification course in Behavior Analysis will be provided by New Way Day Services.

Supervision Information

New Way Day Services, Inc. (NWDS) offers supervision training for those individuals who are pursuing their Certification with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). With two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) on staff, NWDS covers the required one-to-one supervision as specified by the BACB as well as providing field experience necessary to sit for the exam.
